The Fairfax County Department of Transportation (FCDOT) is continuing its series of open houses on the proposed Active Transportation and Trail Network. During the second week of September, the FCDOT team will be in Dranesville, Braddock, Hunter Mill, and Mason Districts.

These open houses are a fantastic opportunity to engage directly with transportation staff, explore exhibit boards, ask questions, and share your thoughts. The meetings will be conducted in both English and Spanish, ensuring that everyone has a chance to participate.

The ActiveFairfax Transportation Plan is designed to create a safer, more comfortable, and healthier environment for everyone in Fairfax County. Whether you’re walking, biking, hiking, scootering, or even horseback riding, this plan aims to ensure that our community has affordable and convenient options for non-motorized travel, both for daily commutes and recreation.
