FABB is hosting another Adult Learn to Ride class at the Franconia Rec Center on Saturday, Aug 5, from 9:00 am to noon. The classes are only $10!
Our team of certified instructors will teach participants how to balance, pedal, start, brake, and steer a bicycle. This 3-hour class is intended for those who have never had instruction on how to ride a bike, had some instruction, but did not master all the skills, or learned how to ride, but need a refresher.
This class is for future riders 18 years old and older. Advance registration is required, so no walk-ins.
The class will be held in the Southeast Lot by Baseball Diamond #1 at the Franconia Rec Center, 6601 Telegraph Road, Alexandria. We provide bikes and helmets for the class. However, you can bring your own bike and helmet as long as the bike fits you and is in good working condition.
