The Northern Virginia Transportation Authority (NVTA) is seeking public input on what regional transportation areas should be a priority in 2021 as well as suggestions on how to best tackle traffic congestion in the region through a multimodal approach.
The NVTA is inviting the public to participate in its annual organizational meeting on January 14, 2021. This virtual meeting will start at 7:00 pm and go until the last public comment is provided. All Northern Virginia residents registered to speak will be given 3 minutes to provide comment. The NVTA also is accepting written comments through 5:00 pm on January 13, 2021.
You can pre-register to speak or submit written comment by filling out this online form. Once registered, you will be provided call-in information and instructions prior to the meeting.

Please act now to show your support with written or spoken comments for expanded, safe, and reliable bicycling infrastructure and other measures to reduce congestion by encouraging more people to bike and use a mix of bicycling and transit for routine travel needs.
