Join FABB and fellow bicycling enthusiasts for a casual, engaging meetup in Tysons on Monday, October 28, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Shipgarten. This meetup is hosted by the Washington Area Bicyclist Association (WABA), with support from the Coalition for Smarter Growth (CSG), Northern Virginia Families for Safe Streets (NoVA FfSS), and FABB.
Meet with local cyclists, advocates, and supporters of active transportation to discuss the draft ActiveFairfax Transportation Plan and how you can get involved. We’ll also chat about bike lanes, trails, infrastructure projects, and policies shaping the future of transportation in Fairfax County.
Shipgarten, a popular restaurant at 7581 Colshire Drive in McLean, is just steps from the McLean Metro Station, and has plenty of bike and car parking. Look for us under the Bier Hall tent—the bike helmets will give us away! Appetizers provided (drinks are on you).
Bring a friend, meet new allies, and help shape the future of transportation in Fairfax. No registration required, but it helps us plan if you RSVP here!
Feel free to share widely—the more, the merrier. See you there!
