Join us October 25 at Patsy’s Back Porch
Fairfax County has come a long way in 20 years—and so has FABB. Since our founding in 2005, the Fairfax Alliance for Better Bicycling has been at the forefront of the movement to make our communities safer, healthier, and more connected through bicycling.
From advocating for the county’s first Bicycle Master Plan to supporting trail expansions, secure bike parking, safer school routes, and more equitable transportation access, FABB has worked side-by-side with local riders, elected leaders, planners, and businesses to build a future where biking is a real option for everyone.
Now it’s time to celebrate and you’re invited!
Please join us on Saturday, October 25, from 1:30–4:00 PM at Patsy’s Back Porch in Tysons Corner for an afternoon of community, conversation, and celebration. We’ll honor the people—past and present—who’ve helped shape Fairfax County’s bike-friendly transformation. And we’ll toast to the journey ahead as we continue to push for safer, smarter, and more sustainable transportation in our region.
What to Expect:
- A relaxed, outdoor gathering with food, soft drinks, and great company
- Recognition of Fairfax Bike Champions, including elected leaders, transportation professionals, community volunteers, and organizational partners who’ve advanced our shared vision
- A chance to connect with fellow advocates, old friends, and new riders
- A moment to reflect on how far we’ve come—and all the work still ahead
We’ll be on the covered outdoor patio at Patsy’s American in Tysons. Hors d’oeuvres and light fare will be served. Alcohol is available for purchase at the bar.
RSVP Required—Space is Limited!
Let us know you’re coming by reserving your spot here.
Whether you’re a longtime FABB volunteer, a trail-loving family, or just someone who believes in a healthier, more livable Fairfax, we hope you’ll join us to celebrate 20 years of rolling forward together.
We’ve logged countless miles—but the best rides are still ahead. See you on October 25!
