Each year FCDOT works with the Virginia Department of Transportation to review the county’s Bicycle Master Plan and determine if bike facilities can be added to the roads scheduled to be repaved.
This is a great opportunity to learn how the process works and how we can do a better job of advocating for the best possible bike facilities and of ensuring that opportunities for new bike lanes are not overlooked or blocked.
