FABB is celebrating Bike Your Park Day with a free family-friendly ride. Join us on Saturday, September 25,  to explore parks in the Lorton area.

The ride will start at the Turning Point Suffragist Memorial in Occoquan Regional Park (9751 Ox Road, Lorton). We will then follow the shared-use path along Route 123 and make stops at the Workhouse Art Center and Burke Lake Park.

Participants will be required to wear helmets and sign a ride waiver. Check-in opens at 8:30 am with the ride starting at 9:00 am. The ride should end around 11:00 am, just in time for an early lunch and refreshments at NOVA Parks’ Brickmakers Cafe.

Don’t wait. Register here now for one of the 24 remaining slots for the ride.

If you can’t join FABB, you can still register here to lead your own ride and share your experience, skills, and enjoyment with others or you can join an existing ride that other local riders have planned. Registering with Adventure Cycling enters you in a raffle for a Co-Motion bicycle.

See you in the parks!
