Please join us for our virtual May meeting on Wednesday, May 20, from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. We will be joined by Heidi Mitter, VDOT’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Coordinator, who will talk about her new role and share the department’s top bicycle and pedestrian priorities. We also will have a brief discussion of bicycle advocacy to meet our community’s current and post-pandemic needs to rebalance streets and encourage active transportation. Our remaining time will be devoted to local bicycle infrastructure project updates.
