Katie Kelly, a Reston resident, loves bicycling, an affection that includes commuting to work, racing Ironmans, and running a cycling-focused small business. In 2017, she became a certified instructor and began teaching bicycling lessons to youth and adults in and around northern Virginia. Katie brings strategic planning experience to the board and is proud to support FABB’s mission and growth.
