Ever wondered what happens once police have investigated and reported on a bike crash?  The report and any charges against those involved are passed on to the Commonwealth’s Attorney for possible criminal prosecution. The case may be tried in court, but often a pre-trial settlement is reached.

To discuss how that process works, a representative from the Commonwealth’s Attorney office will attend FABB’s next virtual meeting on Wednesday, October 20, at 7:00 pm.

Advance registration is required for the meeting: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZMrc-uoqDktGtMb_jpkR3RMa_1m0zPkqNNF

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Please plan on joining us and voice your concerns and ideas about the justice system’s handling of crashes and enforcement of laws designed to protect vulnerable road users.
